- The department carries out its activities in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan 'On Education,' decisions of the chambers of the Oliy Majlis, decrees, resolutions, and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, orders and legal instructions of the Department of Education Quality Assurance and the Branch Director, as well as the Regulations on the Department. The department regularly submits information on completed work, issues, and shortcomings to the Branch Director and the Department of Education Quality Assurance.

- The main tasks of the department are as follows:
- Analyze and evaluate the provision of educational directions and specialties with State Educational Standards (SES), qualification requirements, curricula, and subject programs.
- Monitor the timely elimination of deficiencies and shortcomings identified in the branch during attestation and education quality assessment processes.
- Form comprehensive conclusions regarding the position of graduates in the labor market, their demand, and the viability of the industry.
- Study the involvement of qualified specialists from industry (practice) for teaching.
- Conduct monitoring of the quality of personnel training.
- Monitor the integration between the educational process and industry, as well as the practical application of innovative ideas, developments, and technologies.
- Study the proper organization of the educational process based on the requirements of normative-legal documents and the effectiveness of using the HEMIS system.
- Study and provide information on the results of monitoring and activities carried out by the department to improve education quality at Branch Council meetings, roundtables, and conferences.
- Monitor the implementation of the branch’s educational process, research, and methodological work plans.
- Analyze the compliance of the branch’s faculty data with the subjects they teach, verify their completion of relevant retraining, possession of academic titles and degrees in the relevant specialty, and report conclusions to the Branch Director.
- Develop measures with branch leadership to raise the branch’s international ranking and actively participate in their implementation.
- Study and analyze the compliance of branch students’ knowledge with SES, ensuring the implementation of normative-legal documents aimed at improving education quality.
- Conduct training seminars and workshops aimed at improving education quality in collaboration with relevant branch structures.
- Conduct regular social surveys among students, parents, faculty, and personnel consumers to study the social environment, personnel training, and education quality in the branch.
- Form a database of public experts in the branch and regularly conduct seminars with them within the framework of assigned tasks.
- Study the quality of the educational process in the branch and the level of provision with educational literature and methodological materials.
- Filialda talabalar amaliyotining ta’lim yo‘nalishlari va mutaxassisliklarni inobatga olgan holda tashkil etilganligini va uning samarasini nazorat qilish.
- Organize the internal attestation of the branch, identify factors negatively affecting education quality based on the results, and submit the data to the Branch Director and the Department of Education Quality Assurance.
- Conduct internal monitoring to assess the professional qualifications of pedagogical staff in the branch’s structural units (faculties, departments, divisions, centers), as well as the quality of postgraduate education, professional development, and retraining, prepare analytical data, and propose solutions to the branch leadership to address identified shortcomings and issues.
- Regularly analyze the teaching quality of the faculty.
- Analyze the fair distribution of teaching workload among faculty.
- Analyze the state of the material-technical base of the educational process and propose measures for its development and improvement.
- Submit relevant proposals to branch leadership based on the results of studying the state of education quality.
- Monitor the state of indicators determining education quality and propose solutions to relevant structural units to address identified shortcomings and issues.
- Analyze the effectiveness of using modern methods and approaches in the faculty professional development process to improve education quality.
- Ta’lim sifatini ta’minlash departamentining topshirig‘iga binoan OTMlar reytingini aniqlashga va baholashga oid ma’lumotlarni to‘plashda, o‘tkaziladigan attestatsiya va ta’lim sifatini o‘rganish bilan bog‘liq jarayonlarda ishtirok etish.
- Ta’lim sifatini ta’minlay oladigan professor-o‘qituvchilar tarkibini shakllantirish, jumladan salohiyatli o‘qituvchilarni tanlash, ishga qabul qilish, ularning kasbiy mahorati va malakasini oshirish imkonini beradigan (obyektiv) shaffof tashkiliy mexanizmlarni yaratish.
- Talabalar bilimini nazorat qilish va baholashda shaffoflik va xolislikni ta’minlanganligi bo‘yicha ko‘rilgan choralar samaradorligini aniqlash.
